I got mine easily at every show I went to.

The giving away part was awful though.. Was helping the Coldplay staff and security to give the CDs away at Wembley on the friday. And it was a nightmare! First, it was fun, but when you see people starting to get out of the venue during the Hardest Part and thinking you're actually selling fake CD's.. it's kinda harsh getting weird looks and negative answers. We were telling them it was a FREE live CD given by Coldplay themselves, and people just had no idea. I agree about the organisation being a joke. We were standing outside the stadium, door M&N.. and it was a mess. It got pretty ugly after the show when people started pushing to get a Cd, I thought I would die crushed by crazy fans.. but then, the sweet part was seeing fans very happy and thankful to get their free CD :nice: and a random guy kissed me on the cheek for giving him a CD and saying I loved his X&Y shirt.. yuck! :P

was he cute? :wink3:

I hope they'll give cd's here in latin america, I already have one but none of my friends have the cd

My experience was great. Easy, painless. But I did get rejected when I asked for two :(

Went to the Wembley show on 19/09/09, and didn't get a CD, I had a quick look but there was no-one handing them out :( I saw someone on the tube with one though, which made me feel left out :(

That´s sad! There were enough CD´s for everyone! But well, the guys handing them out were difficult to see in the dark..

I asked several security guys.. One told me to come along with him and then he brought me to the one handing them out.. It was half an hour past the end of the concert I think and I really thought I wouldn´t get a CD anymore.. But that guy had more than enough left!!! I was so happy then!

I left right after LiJ, because the trains home were stupidly early :( When I was in Portsmouth looking at a Uni on Saturday, I saw through a window into an office floor, leaning against some folders, the distinctive green butterfly of the album cover, and it reminded me how disappointed I was to miss out :( The only downside to a brilliant day, to be fair :D

I left the Wembley stadium quite late, because I've been waiting for a setlist and I still get a CD without problems. Also at Hanover and Dusseldorf. In Munich the CD's was first out, later then I went back and I've received one.

was he cute? :wink3:

I am bumping this thread so that people who went to the Latin American shows share their experiences.

Disregard the "2009" title.
