On Friday everything was great, especially compared to the Rotterdam, Antwerp and Nijmegen gigs. The queueing system was the best I've ever seen, although most people who were standing in front of me were standing behind me at the concert. :P

That to me was one of the problems. The queues were made in a way where jumping in was the easiest thing. Not only that, they made hour queue 'squeesh' together 2 hours before gates open. when people got up it just made it really easy for people that were in the back to try and come to the front.

Luckily the security guards from our queue were very attentive and noticed all people that were trying to jump in the queue, although when we were all standing, they started moving the people that had gotten there early into stupid ways and we saw LOADS of people that were far back become just second in the queue. I literally had to elbow a girl and tell her to back off because she kept trying to walk ahead of me, Kara, Chelsea, Semy and all other people that hadbeen queuing from the night before or early in the morning. I was just very glad to see that once we got in, all of us who were queuing all day had either got front row or second and third.

I didn't see anyone giving out the cd's in Manchester, but on the way back to the car park I saw people walking past with 3 and 4 copies in their hands, whereabouts did they give them out?

I have never experienced a concert where this wasn't the case. You can be there early and still stand behind a person who arrived 5 hours later, it happens alot. Yes, it's unfair, but it's just the way it goes. :(

I only got one on the second (Wembley) show, and I had to go around and search for it for quite a while until I found one. Didn't see anyone with a CD the first night, which was a bit weird, and obviously not any people handing it out either... It was very badly arranged indeed, it was very easy to get hold of one after the Stockholm show for example. On the other hand, that arena is a lot smaller, so that was probably why, heh.

Wembley the 2nd night there was even a guy given them out in a kebab shop in wembley! some girl just grabbed about 20 off him!

it was a nightmare at glasgow to find the cd people, they were handing them out from a small table a good bit away from the stadium and i had to go searchin, they were givin them out in bundles like they were just tryin to get rid of them so they could pack up n go,thats how i got 3,dont think Coldplay would've been happy bout the crap organization cos after all it was their gift to us fans

Are you kidding me ? They were SO many LRLRL cds at Wembley that they probably had to throw away full boxes !

I have like 6 albums since when I was walking in front of the stadium many guys who were holding them kept giving me some :P It was so sad, there were many albums on the floor the first day, totally smashed and everything...

Just to say that they opened the H&J gates before the M&N, which is really not fair since we were waiting since before 7am... Anyway I got second row, which is still awesome :nice:

I was at wembley on Friday and did not see where they were being handed out, did not see many people who had got any either.

Would appreciate it if anyone has a spare cd going, please could you PM me if you have got one available. Thanks ;)

I didn't see a soul handing out cd's on the 19th, luckily, Chris (Jizo) gave me his, since he already had from previous concerts...

Neither did me and my mate :( So if anyone has a spare CD i could have i'd be really grateful *prays*

If anyone has a spare it would be much appreciated as I totally forgot in the mad rush to Wembley Park tube . PM Me and I'll send on the P&P. Thx

I would like a spare one too... I was in Wembley the second night and no cd at all... in my area (even If I did look around) there are no distribution...

please if you have a spare one...

Sorry to bump this up..

I haven't ever posted before but I'm a huge fan, I've been lurking..

I didn't see anyone with CDs at Wembley. I had to rush off so didn't really have time to search around, I was praying it would be organised and there would be someone by all the exits, but sadly not.. :(

If anyone has a spare I'd be unbelievably grateful, pm me!! x

Manchester distribution was a joke (didn't see ANY) and Wembley Saturday was a joke (didn't see ANY).

That's four CDs my group were promised that we never even had the chance to get, and some of us have only subsequently been able to get copies from the kindness of people here.

An absolute farce of organisation, and it was clear right from the start of this leg that giving them out at the end wasn't working....why not give each person one CD as they entered???

I've made emails about this, but no answers yet.

A complete fiasco from start to finish :veryangry2:

Although i feel for those who didnt get a CD, i dont think people should be complaining, Coldplay probably put alot of money into giving these FREE Cd's away

There bount to have some left over and i doubt they would keep them in storage

I completely agree! Being right at the front, I thought that they might have run out of them by the time I came to leave. At my gate I spoke to an "information" person who said I should go to gate M, where I went - there were none. I spoke to another info person who said I should go to gate J - there were none. I then spoke to a third "info" person who said - round the corner - there were none. I gave up, as I didn't want to miss the last tube.

Organisation at Wembley was a joke, but befits the history of the modern stadium's re-birth!

I went to both nights of the Wembley Stadium tour and I found it Extremley easy to find and obtain my cd!! there was a huge push on the friday night and I still managed to get all 5 cd's for the people in our party. Saturday night was less busy as if people didn't even want a cd!

both nights I wasn't the first out the Stadium and stayed for the full show! and still got my copys. I also had a tube to catch. I am gald Coldplay went through the trouble and am extremley grateful, what a gift! Both shows were amazing and I will remember the memories forever.

I was amazed at how well organised everything was! first in last out allday queing all of this will add to the memories! The Olimpic way was well manned at the end of both nights and i got my cd the tube a maccies and was back at the hotel for 12!!! Brilliant!! I do have spare cd's from london so if anyone hasn't received one you can message me! x x x

In Duesseldorf it was a scrum, and at Wembley there appeared to be whole boxes of them left afterwards. Weird!

i was at Darien Lake this summer and the CD giveaway, at least for me, was very well executed. livenation staff lined both exits from the venue, with the boxes inside of their group so as to avoid thefts. they handed them out one by one, and i got my one allotted. it's sad that there are people who took advantage of the gift and used it to their advantage =[

I agree, was kinda easy to find one !

Too bad they had so many left at the end :\

I got a CD but not at the show. I got it at a store when showing my ticket to proove I had attended the concert. It wasn't like in other countries where people got their CD after the show.

i went to the mansfiled ma show and they had venue staff at all the exits with boxes and each person got one it just depends on the venue staff and how they handeled it the comcast center handeled it perfectly

I had bad and good experiences with it. At the show in Stocholm they handed out CDs at several exists, so they were very easy to find, but Wembley was a nightmare in that aspect! Didn't get a CD the first night, and only saw ONE person who appeared to have gotten one. On the second night I had better luck, but I had to look around for quite a while until I found the spot where they handed them out.

I went to the DTE ampitheater show in Detroit. The venue staff had LRLRL in boxes just after the exit. My dad and I, along with everybody that I saw, got 1 copy. Nobody was in a rush and it went very well. There wasn't an opportunity to get more than one. Everybody was very happy with the distribution. I just feel badly that some people couldn't get a copy at other shows.
