I'll mostly be here as a lurking soul...not too great of a start, was that? Haha, oh well, I don't tend to make good impressions. Digression aside, I only like Viva la Vida and Violet Hill to a certain extent since...well, I only own the Viva la Vida album, for reasons some of you may want to pluck my brains out for (I'll say it: Lady Gaga's cover of it made me really like Coldplay's version; APPLES AND ORANGES), and I don't really like much of the rest of the album. I'm from Singapore, so hello there, nice to meet you, and recommendations would be REALLY nice ;)

Welcome Caldoran, are you saying you want to know some good songs? :nice:

Why yes ;)

Something like Viva la Vida...catchy tune that gets stuck in your head, remarkable lyrics...

you might like Clocks than, or maybe Politik

I'll tell you when I think of more :nice:

I used to live in Singapore! Where do you live near? You don't have to say if it's too 'personal' or whatever. :D

It's cool you only like those songs - hey, every Coldplay fan started somewhere. You'll be listening to the others in no time... :sneaky:

If you like Viva la Vida and Violet Hill, you should go and listen to all of Coldplay's singles. Clocks, Speed of Sound, Fix You, The Hardest Part, Life in Technicolour ii, Lovers in Japan. I think you'd like those ones. They're not ALL the singles, but the ones most similar to the songs you like. 8D

Check out the videos as well! Especially Strawberry Swing and Life in Technicolour ii, those videos are amazing. :P

So... uh... WELCOME. :D

have you listened to anything yet? :nice:

Welcome on board!:)

hey caldoran, have a good time in the forums :)

Hi, enjoy coldplaying ;)
