I remember waking up early in school and i watched the early news and they would have Coldplay interviews, Coldplay news and all of that stuff.

I remember when Bill O´Reilly called Chris a pinhead

He´s a pinhead :whip:

I remember I was so freaked when i got VLV and listened to it on the way home the first time :wacky:

I remember when I had a cross-country race and I had "Viva la Vida" stuck in my head while I ran. Seriously, it is one of the best songs to have stuck in your head when you're running in a race.

EDIT: Listening to "Don Quixote/Spanish Rain" now. :nice:

I remember listening to the VLV CD over and over and over going to New Mexico and back (thats about 3 three days all together)

I remember the summer I first listened to VLV....

Cheer up guys, the most fun days to be in this forum are those months before the release of a new album!!! Tons of previews, discussions, you can't really imagine how cool it is!

I can't wait for that! I've only been a fan since after VLV was released. I am very much looking forward to the new release!

I remember my brother bought VLV first, He only wanted to hear VLV, then Violet Hill came next, and i was like ¨This is a nice song too¨ then Strawberry Swing, and DAAOHF :dozey:

It was on a cold Christmas eve

I came across a website that had the entire album up, then I found a download link!! I downloaded it but I was too afraid to listen to it. It was 3 weeks before the actual release. But I finally listened to it at 9:00 P.M. in my room. I was amazed. I think I listened to DAAHF 4 times in a row!! I had goosebumps!!! :D I will miss coming on here and reading reviews and setlists :( But another album is on the way :)

I mixed emotions about this era ending.I saw them three times on this tour.I really liked it but I'm also excited for the next stuff.I just don't like the waiting period

In this tour, I had my first ever concert from a band. And my first ever concert was from Coldplay. It was amazing.

I'm a fan since Violet Hill.

The weirdest thing happened today... :uhoh: I was going to listen to Viva La Vida (the cd) today and it wouldn't play! My stereo just skipped all of the songs over and over. Never happened before! Kind of spooky :P

I remember when I bought my copy. I bought it at a Wal-Mart in Maine. It's still the only thing I've ever bought with my own money at a Wal-Mart.

I listen to all of the albums equally, but VLV will always hold that special place in my heart as the album that changed my life. Before VLV, I only listened to Queen, the Beatles, and the occasional oldies.

Same here! I hated most of what I called "modern music" until I heard Viva la Vida, and now other than Coldplay, I listen to a lot of bands that I wouldn't have even bothered checking out. So I love VLV

Vlv is the only album by coldplay that i can listen to whole...apart from Parachutes...and Apart from Arobtth...so, basically,X&Y is the only one I won't listen to fully...It just seems too unfriendly and distant...I dan't explain it, but vlv is the opposite.

Ah, crap.

I cried when i listened to it last night.. i thought that wasn´t gonna happen.

Ooooh! I love X&Y it because it was the one that got me to coldplay, and as i've said before in here VLV is not my fav. I prefer X&Y and AROBTTH.... much more
