I just had to tell you all this.

Ever since the Tampa concert got cancelled (which i had tix for), Coldplay songs have been following me everywhere

 

It all started when i walked into work one day and VLV came on the radio like 30 seconds after i got there.

Then i left to get lunch and walked into the restuarant and Violet Hill was on the radio.

I got home that night and satellite tv music was on @ our house and The Scientist was playing. *doo doo doo doo* (twilight zone music)

Then i guess it was several days later when i finally realized it was following me LOL and my friend pointed it out.

 

We were at a store and i was paying.....and as i approached the cashier, Strawberry Swing came on. I glanced at my friend and she started laughing.

 

I went to my aunt and uncles house and Strawberry Swing (again) came on their satellite tv radio.

 

A few days ago i was driving to work and of course listening to coldplay, and when i got there i walked in and (not joking) as i walked in VLV came on the radio and i just started laughing and walked back outside and then back inside again to make sure. LOL

 

Lets see...it's also happened in my friends car....i get in her car and Coldplay comes on the radio.

 

Its just so funny to me bcuz it's not like the song was already playing and THEN i walked in.....no no....the song always starts playing AS i am walking in or right after i walk in somewhere. My mom thinks its hilarious. she says " I always know when Meg is in the room because Coldplay comes on the radio!" hahaha

 

So....i've decided to start documenting it. It's probably happened 10 or 11 times so far. It's great!! It really makes my day.....it's like the boys are with me everywhere i go making sure i'm happy. :D

OMG Whenever I walked into Nordstrom where i live, Speed of Sound is always playing. Like RIGHT when I walk in. The Coldplay god is letting us know he approves of us Coldplayers!

Okay so I was on Y!A and I came across like 4 different people saying that when they plugged in their comp or tv or xbox Viva La Vida played, and it wasn't even downloaded onto their comp/xbox. :uhoh:

I am seeing and hearing them everywhere. They are truly taking over my mind, it drives me crazy sometimes, but other times it reminds of one of their songs and then my head starts to play it an it soothes me :dozey:

Sometimes it just faith.... or the world is playing a big trick on me, well I guess it all depeneds on how you see the world :laugh3:

If I heard Coldplay music wherever I went I'd probably shoot myself. 75% of time I'm not even in the mood to hear their music.

My friend went through a period where 'poker face' was following him. You knew he was around because somehow somewhere it would come on. I thought it was a bit weird but didn't really think much of anything of it. And now he passed it on to me. Wherever I go, Paparazzi is playing. If I turn on the tv, Paparazzi is playing. If I turn on the radio to listen to CBC, someone has changed the station and Paparazzi is playing. It's kind of traumatic.

 

And I don't even generally listen to the radio! :angry:

 

Cool about the Coldplay, though. So does this mean Strawberry Swing is actually getting airplay now?

This seriously happens to me ALL THE TIME!

Same story too. As i walk in, the songs always start. Its crazy.

The day after their last show in Wembley, I was in the grocery store, and i was feeling really bummed and thinking about coldplay, and th Scientist starts. And i just smiled.

Its like coldplay was saying, "Don't worry Makayla! We're still here." :)

 

And then yesterday i went shopping for clothes, and the hardest part started playing about 15 seconds after i walked in.

I sware coldplay follows me too.

I was in a dutch shopping centre on Friday to get a CD and they were playing Viva la vida when I came in - funny thing was I heard it just a few minutes ago in my car. I stayed until the song was finished. I always feel to be in demand when they play anything of CP :D.

Funny story Vivalayellow... Just enjoy the moments when it happens ;)

 

I have actually tried something similar some days before I was trawelling towards London to see the band at Wembley.. A couple of times I was listening to my Mp3-player and it started to play a Coldplay song with lyrics that matched with the situation that I was in or I was walking by something that could only remind me of a Coldplay song.... and it's not because I only have Coldplay songs on my Mp3!!... It happened quite a lot of times and started to get quite funny I think.. :lol:... But as i just wrote it happend a lot of times, so I will only give one example. One of the times this happened:

I had only got about 4 hours of sleep the night before going and I was really tired, but I couldn't sleep cause I had to watch my luggage. Then Fix You with the phrase: "when you feel so tirred, but you can't sleep.." was played on my Mp3-player... and that phrase match with how i felt at that moment... I thought that was a bit funny :lol:

I'm always surrounded by COldplay....

 

 

For some reason this only happens when I'm at my happiest though:

 

When I finished the play I was in for school, as soon as I jumped into the car Viva la Vida started playing.

 

We went to a restaraunt that night and Strawberryswing started paying (it was a CHINESE restaraunt!)

 

Once I went Minigolfing and Yellow started playing

 

three times (yes, three!!!) I went to TGIF's and Violet Hill played (they've always played good music though :dozey)

 

And then my Dad moved into a house across the street from my cousin. I'm not going to lie; our neighbor looked EXACTLY like Guy Berryman (sounds a little sad, but it's TRUE). If he had a Scottish accent, I could have sworn Guy lived next door to me.

 

Viva la Vida played twice on my way to Cape Cod and twice on my way to Drama Camp in Cape Cod

 

I always find CHris in a magazine I'm looking in, or atleast SOMETHING Coldplay related

 

This was on purpose but my Spanish tacher played CLocks while we were taking a SPanis test! It was :awesome:

 

 

However when I found out my bestfriend died on September 5th, I was listening to The Scientist while I was doing my howework....

SO Coldplay is kind of burned into my soul. :confused:

When I walk into Food Lion, they always seem to have Coldplay on. It's like they know I am coming.
