No! It's an 80's movie (so you know it's got a great soundtrack!)

I haven't seen Serendipity :shame: but I love how Jeremy Piven is in almost EVERY John Cusack movie. I must see this movie, just saw the trailer on YT. Kate Beckinsale and Bridget Moynahan, :stunned: looks very sweet. Tell me who he picks!! I don't care if it ruins the movie for me :)

I haven't seen that one, but I love John Cusack too. He always gives a great performance, even when the film isn't that great.

I loved his friends, too. Crazy Cory and her crazy songs, the loser guys at the convenience store!

Yep it's Jenn, :D hi Jen. I will indeed see Serendipity. I'm sure it's been on cable lately and I've been missing it. I did just finish watching America's Sweethearts.

 

 

You guys have pretty much picked all my favorite lines that he has in the movie. no need to add anything except for the exchange between him and his nephew

Yeah, I read that story before about Peter Gabriel getting the wrong film... thank goodness he eventually saw the right one, that song is just perfect for that moment.

 

And you really should watch America's Sweethearts. It's another underrated John Cusack film in my opion.

And yeah, I'll have to check out America's Sweethearts. I really love most of the stuff he does, although, I have to say, I will be avoiding 2012 like the plague!

:lol: OOOhhhhhh, that is fantastic! I love how she kept asking him, as though maybe he was mistaken!

 

I went looking for the In Your Eyes scene, too, and came across a very disturbing use of Snow Patrol's Open Your Eyes in a montage video thingy from one of those OC- like shows. Couldn't find anything from Say Anything other than the trailers!
