December 14, 200916 yr Hey, I'm new here :) I love Coldplay, and what they do for charity, but has anyone else thought that they are doing this at the worst time of year possible?! It would be an awesome christmas present for those that can afford to win the bid, but so close to christmas all my money is going on presents etc. If it were mid year then I could borrow from the xmas fund and then put it back! Is it best to set up a PayPal account, or just directly use a credit card? Also, have you ever purchased from a different country? I had asked the Oracle about whether people outside the UK could purchases, and although she said yes, I'm still not sure how it works. Does it automatically show the pound-to-other currency conversion right on the bid screen?

I'm a ebay-holic :P I've mostly bought things from the Swedish ebay, but since I started using International Ebay, I've used Paypal. It has worked perfectly fine for me, the appr. 10 times I've used it! :nice: But since we know who the seller is, it should be perfectly safe to use your credit card! :) For me it only shows pound-to-Swedish krona when I'm using the International Ebay instead of the regular one, but I'm not sure how that would work for you... I would guess that it'll show the bidding in pounds, actually.
