There's no background story to how they got the guitar or anything.

But if it's real and from the parachutes era it would be very cool.

i know same! but i think it will go WAY higher! since the signed grammy postcard was going for like 700 so the other stuff will prob go higher, plus this is more widly know then a random ebay sale someone has so that will make it high too probably.
