How many remote controls do you have?

Featured Replies

Ive got:

TV (Which is never used)

Sky (Which is barely used)

Freeview

DVD (Which is never used)

VHS (Which is never used)

Considering that I remember a time when I had to get up and walk across the room to change between FOUR channels, its wacky.

I'm so lazy I play games I don't want to play because I can't be bothered to get up and change the disc in the tray.

Heh... we have so many kicking around that old dead things long gone have left their remotes behind and we don't dare throw them out because no one remembers what it went to... or some such thing. And no one really notices they're there anyway since they're just part of the remote pile.

Actively in use in front of the TV? 7. Including the fancy computer programmable remote we got so that we wouldn't have to use 3 at a time to make anything work. It never really gets used, ever since the first time the batteries died. :freak:

Christ! I thought 5 was bad.

Its a bit late now, but I did mean how many remote controls do you actually use. I mean I could easily have 10 for different TVs/VHS/DVD but theyre just randomly all over the place.

Ive got 5 which I at least know the reason for.

in my room just 3

TV, DVD and computer's tv turner

TVs 2

DVDs 2

Cable box 1

Stereo tunner 1

Stereo CD player 1

Computer speakers 1

iPod dock station speakers 1

digital picture frame 1

electric gate to apartment 1

I have an insane amount of remote controls.

I have way more chargers in my bedroom though.

:surprised:

About twenty, but only three are ever used - 2 TVs and one PS3.

:surprised:

I am not technologically inclined:disappointed:

Um, let's see.

TV

Cable

Stereo

Old one for the old TV

CD player one

Another old one that doesn't work but we keep it coz it does apparently, we just don't use it

One upstairs somewhere for the old computer's DVD player

One upstairs somewhere for THIS computer's DVD player

One somewhere for the computer's TV

I think 5 being the maximum was a bit premature of me.

5- TV remotes

1- DVD player

1- VCR

1- Surround Sound system

2- Stereo Remotes

Yeah, that was retarded.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but being flamed on an internet forum makes me cry like a little girly man :disappointed:

1 in my room, 3 in total I think.

Tv and DVD... but it's actually a miracle that they still work cause they keep falling on the floor.... :uhoh:
