I love loving Coldplay, and I'm using 'love' a lot, but still, it's lovely!

I get the odd "you're gay 'cause you like Coldplay", and a few kids tell me what a dork I am for liking a band that's in their thirties (OH NOES!:laugh3:), but I just ignore it:P

I like lot's of music, being older than alot of fans here, I have to say I enjoy each and every song from Coldplay, I can listen to all their CD's and not want to skip anything, verses, listening to other bands and skipping songs. I am proud to say I am a Coldplay NON Skipper:D

Proudly from 2000 to infinity and beyond.............:D

I've never regretted becoming completely obsessed. Coldplay's made my life better. :smug:

THIS!

I'm happier with Coldplay in my life. :nice: I just wish I could have gotten into them earlier too like some people have said.:P

i love coldplay. their music is my drug.

THIS!

I'm married to the thought of Coldplay.

AND THIS!

this thread is useless...:\

because we all know that the majority of people here like coldplay, so they're surely happy to like them

PS: sorry if my post was mean...

well, i said that in the first post. i've meet some people that regret getting into bands for a variety of reasons. expenses, feelings, etc....

I have no regrets loving Coldplay. Even though I do get made fun of by my family and some of my friends for loving Coldplay. But, now that I know about there music, I don't think I will ever be able to stop listening to them.

The only thing I regret about my obsession for Coldplay is that it didn't start earlier. I've listened to them from the X&Y era but I never allowed myself to like it because I was ashamed. I only listened to the music that was played on the radio at the time. I never heard them on radio so I thought that people would dislike my music taste if I said that I liked them. It took a year or two for me to accept that I loved that band and couldn't stop listening to them :) A lot of people think I'm weird because I like them so much (well, maybe Coldplay isn't the only reason for that lol) but I've learned not to care so much about it cause they simply don't get how good this band is.

I'm so happy that I love Coldplay :wacky:

I wasn't really interested in music until I heard of Coldplay actually :wreck:

And now because of Coldplay I've heard of many other artists, like The Verve, Richard Ashcroft & Jon Hopkins! :smug:   And now music has basically taken over my life :dozey:

This.

Except at the moment I'm starting to like the Arcade Fire more... :bigcry:

I should probrably take one of those Coldplay breaks.

Anyone that’s ever made fun of my music taste has instantly lost my respect and I almost automatically think less of them. Coldplay is the best band in the world no question.

It’s about time die hard Coldplay fans started talking back to the idiots that make fun of them.

*How is that for a first post?

lol I take a little bit of crap for it, but since the release of VLV, a lot of people have accepted their awesomeness, since VLV was such a big hit....

that being said, I do get the eyerolls a lot; however, I have also turned a few of my friends into coldplay fans. Which is saying something, I think ;) I just think The 40 Year Old Virgin made it kind of a teasing point to be a Coldplay fan, but for the most part, people at least respect them, even if they don't particularly like the music...

uh, after the novel i've written lol...yes, i have no shame being a fan. i'll argue til my face is blue, if someone was to start to make fun of me.

I should probrably take one of those Coldplay breaks.

Don't DO IT! lol

i always think of this, when I listen to them a lot (nonstop, often, every few weeks...) but they're probably the only band I always come back to that often...the only one I never, ever get tired of. LRLRL is actually in my car cd player right now, again.

if you do, always keep in mind when the break ends, you have the joy of rediscovering why you're so addicted to them in the first place lol :)

No I'm not.

I'll be happy if I can fuck them.

Anyone in particular?

definitely happy to love coldplay, just wish i could have gone to their tours before VLV. i bet it was an amazing experience for fans. my mom told me i was too young to go =(

im just glad that i was a ten year old with good taste in music, otherwise i would have barely discovered them during viva. =)

If I'm happy to like Coldplay?

I'M FREAKIN' IN LOVE WITH COLDPLAY!

They're like the best band ever (in my eyes), and I wished I loved them earlier. <3

^ +1 :)

I love Coldplay and wish I'd found them earlier
