Yellow sounds weird no matter what language it is. :laugh3:

True.

But for some reason that was the first thing that popped up in my mind.

What about Til Kingdom Come?

By the way, I don't think you should translate lyrics literally in any language because they'd sound like crap and not to mention extremely cheesy. :wacky:

Ladder To The Sun

Desde el principio

que se deshizo

que se rompió en pedazos y

había una posibilidad y me lo perdí

Podría arriesgado

y me pongo en tus manos

Porque tú no eres cualquiera

Eres una escalera al sol

oh no sólo eres nadie

I think it sounds pretty good actually. :sombrero:

(I totally translated it on Google. :awesome: )

there's a song by concrete blonde called underneath the mexican moonlight, they also did a spanish version called bajo la luna mixicana. try that. or do you have to do the translation yourself?

Well I'm sure you know translated lyrics ALWAYS sound weird at some lines, or the whole song sometimes, look up for some nice songs in spanish, I know it's much harder, but there should be a decent enough song for you... I like some really cheesy ones... and some not that cheesy, I am sure you can find a good one, as long as it isn't an Aventura song (but I'm sure you have a much better taste than that)... VM me I might have one or 2 songs in mind. :)

I agree..........a song is a work of art and as such can not be altered:shocked2:

en español puedes oir a Joan Manuel Serrat,

Alejandro Sanz y otros .........

Sanz is great, I have a thing for Ricardo Arjona and when I feel incredibly cheesy Alex Ubago :shame:

Yeap... Alex Ubago but i think he has only one song great! "me muero por conocerte...."

Yeah if you're trying to avoid cheesy at all costs I would probably stay away from Coldplay to be honest...

You can always try with "Quiero un mundo de caramelo, donde todo sepa mejor.........

or you can try alejandro sanz

I don't like that one that much... I do love "A Gritos de Esperanza" and "Dame Tu Aire"... "Aunque No Te Pueda Ver" is kinda good, but got so overplayed that I ended up hating it.
