""I believe the history of football owes us this one,'' http://soccernet.espn.go.com/world-cup/story/_/id/807491/ce/uk/?cc=4716&ver=global Right. Just like the Keegan rant, I would love it if they screw up absolutely love it. ricardo
No klose, podolski, lahm, neuer  The game seems pretty loose, I mean it seems like a friendly match.
xtophdjn0entry
No klose, podolski, lahm, neuer  The game seems pretty loose, I mean it seems like a friendly match. Actually it is .. there's no will at all from the two teams to win the match ... No intensity in the play as well as many errors are being done by the players of both sides ... Sweinsteiger was dispossess and Uruguay scored .. Musquera , the Uruguay keeper failed to negociate a shoot from Sweinsteiger and Muller scored .. clearly the keeper fault there .. Same thing for Germany second goal .. Musquera came out to punch the ball but he completely missed it and Jansen scored ...:(
aniskywalker
It's Schweinsteiger and Müller ;)
ricardo
Well done to both teams, Uruguay was the revelation of the cup i think. Yay for germany!! But i was hoping klose to become the all time scorer of the world cup.
Imke
Happy that we became third. :wacky: It was a close game, but the team didn't give up ... Still can't shake off this feeling that way more was possible this cup, but oh well, if you want to win you have to show your potential at every game. rudy_o
If Holland loses, it will be the third time that they arrive to the finals and they don't win the world cup  Go Spain! Don't really care about that, they've made it to the final match and obviously that's better than other teams that failed to do so. Sometimes it's a good thing to look at the current state rather than just bump all the history back onto the conversation table. Both Spain and Netherlands have equal chance to win. Although I'm supporting Netherlands, but I'm glad to know that a new champion will bring the cup back to their homeland for the first time. :nice: All the best, Netherlands. And yes, congratulations to Germany for securing the third place. And for Uruguay, what a great effort you've made, can't wait to see you flying up high in upcoming FIFA ranking.
