If he's already decided to shut the place down and his mind's made up then that's his decision, it's something that needs to be respected and acknowledged. If he wants to disappoint a forum of people then that's his choice. The members here will find other forums and in time move on and forget, adapt and overcome. Some people will believe it's the end of the world and that this site is their lives, no it's not, it's one part, one specific time in your lives and like most things, it will come to an end sooner or later, either through the closing down of the site or through the course of time where you join the real world or move onto something different. The people you meet here in 99% of cases, will not be the same people you know or whom you will share life's most important and life-changing events. Maybe this site's time has come. Maybe it will keep going. Whatever happens, it's not the end of anyones lives and it's not going to have a significant impact on the majority of people's lives within their life-time.
