im not sure how much i love this forum as a whole but the World of Music section has basically taken over my life over the last year or so. it basically dictates my music tastes and its always the first place i go whenever i turn on my computer.

I could easily overreact and be stressed by this whole mess (that in my honest opinion, is a stupid situation) and be offensive, try to kill you with my offensive words and just be a complete bitch.

I've been lurking in the Lounge for months. It makes me feel pretty sad that people are unable to settle their differences or work out various issues without calling each other hateful names and whatnot.

 

This is all just very ridiculous.

 

Either way, I really do hope you don't shut the board down, Ian. I've only been here for less than a year, but I think this board is a pretty amazing place for Coldplay fans to gather from all over the world. It's a great site where we can catch up on the latest news and share our excitement over the band and their music. Even in the Lounge where not many people may not even like Coldplay, I've read some interesting discussions and opinions on different topics. It would be a real shame for everyone (whether they're casual fans or huge fans) if the board was taken down.

 

And there's my 2 cents.

Hey, Reilly, I beg to differ! How We See The World was...well...kind of historic,lol. The first album made by total strangers on a forum for charity. Yep, historic!! :D:D:D

 

For you new guys, check out the CCC and look at the How We See The World threads. We got a bunch of indie musician together on this forum and made a charity CD for Oxfam. Also, click my siggy. We did a great thing because we all loved the band and what they stand for. Good times...good times...
