i can't believe the blur reunion was only a year ago! i was aware of it all going on but i just wasent a massive, obsessive fan to the point of going to one of their gigs :lol: i had think tank and 13, and kind of dismissed britpop blur as silly. it all happened for me when i saw NDLTR. i agree i think they would make an impressive album nowadays, 'fools day' backs that up more, damon has matured so well musically, and graham is still passionate about music, i like the solo stuff of his i have heard.

I bet they are close friends! I know Alex and Joe Strummer were good friends, they even tried to start their own record label at one point.
