December 13, 201015 yr I love Coldplay so much , I actually dont know how to eloquently put it into words. Their music is so important to my life, and I feel like I am a part of a special and exclusive club, being a member of Coldplaying. So anyway, I was truly heartbroken that in the end I could not make the boat trip after winning a space. I got sick and then it was all too hard...I had to cancel my flights. I wrote a letter to Chris, telling him how important he and the band are to my life, and what their music means to me. Just in case, I provided my address......:sneaky::wink3: So about an hour before I left work, I got this really WEIRD feeling that there was something from them at my house. (It was identical to the feeling I got when I won the soundcheck) So I get home from work , and there is the envelope addressed to me. 'OMFG !' I say to my husband....'It's from my dad' he says....but the handwriting, although similar, was not the same. Then on the customs declaration I see the word 'CD' and start SPAZZING OUT. I opened it, VERY CAREFULLY, and there is a beautiful signed picture of all the boys saying 'Dear Lucy, Love Coldplay' and a signed LRLRL CD. Im getting it all framed tomorrow to add to my 'Coldplay Wall of Worship'. Ive emailed Coldplay HQ to say a MASSIVE thank you...it's made my Christmas! :D I just want to say, what a f****** BRILLIANT band we all adore and what bloody nice blokes they all are.
