It's wonderfully sincere and stripped down. I envy them for writing such music. I write music myself but I cannot reach such a level of simple, pure emotion. They are masters at doing that. No false pretenses or anything,just pure emotion from the heart.

Exactly, it's so simple, but there's a million times more emotion in it than in other songs on the radio these days.

And as to your comment about Guy -- yeah, he seems to be a lot more smiley in photos!

My Coldplay-obsessive-photoblog-night ended with a personal email from our Anchorman, saying: "thank you, Henriette" - because I thanked him and Coldplay and the people at the Coldplay HQ for caring so much about their fans - and of course wished him a happy christmas!!.

 

So nice! :kiss: - i left my emailaccount open for long, because I didn´t want to end the night, especially after recieving a mail from the A-man!!...

 

I know, I´m a lame fangirl...:laugh3:

 

I enjoyed last night and the night before SO much! I feel happy and proud to be a Coldplay-fan and a coldplayer!
