For how many ?

What's the choice of meat ? (ham, turkey, beef, lamb?):srs:

How much do you wish to do from scratch and how much store bought?

Or just toss the work and call a caterer !

Ian- I assume you are in charge of drinks.....?:drunkjoe:

Marinade the meat overnight, then just pop it in the oven or some.

Corona's and Tequila also available at the home taproom?

On a sidenote, I'd highly encourage you to try out one of these recipes. I used to hate them but they have really helped me to survive during the last couple of months.

Good luck!

Awesome advice!

Make sure to look inside the turkey and take out the bundle of organs/innards that they usually stuff inside before you cook the bird :D

Get them wasted before you feed them.

Before you cook the turkey, and after you remove the innards (as noted above), stuff a cornish game hen inside. Then when you take it out and carve it, you can fool all the drunkards into thinking the turkey was pregnant.

Do a prawn cocktail for a starter

easy and quick to do :p
