It doesn't seem to be Guy at least comparing this voice with Apparatjik's Electric Eye where he sings, but then again I didn't recognise it was him in that song, however since Will sings the backing vocals live for this Christmas Lights I agree with the others that it's him

Definitely Will but I can see why you'd think it was someone else. If you listen to the original song or the live version it sounds more like him.
