Those three are excellent choices. :D "Riceboy Sleeps" is an album I like to use myself. As for Debussy, I find that quiet classical music in general is also excellent to use to help me fall asleep. :nice:

 

I don't know...last night I fell asleep while listening to The Pretender by Foo Fighters :lol:

As much as I love Muse, for whatever reason, they don't apply very well to "music I listen to as I fall asleep." I think that has a lot to do with the fact that I often get hyper when Muse is played/mentioned. :tongue:

I'm going to post two things. The first is what I like to listen to when I want to fall asleep. The second is something that has made me fall asleep because it was that extremely boring.

I heard the entire divertimento played in a recital that Ilko Rusev had at my university. I (unintentionally) nodded off about five times during the entire thing (which is three movements). It didn't help that he played Paganini's "Variations on "Moses" by Rossini" right afterwards. If it weren't for the Tabakov piece he played at the end, I probably would have fallen completely asleep by the end of the recital. :|
