Radiohead

I think I saw a trailer of your project a while ago. What do you have to do for your project? Is it for a specific class? :nice:

Basically it was my senior project. For people in a different major it's pretty much a thesis. So I got to choose what I wanted to do. Initially I wanted to decide to do my own music and design a cd booklet/album/shirt/website/etc. but the teacher thought it'd be cool to try something different. So I went with making some sort of an album trailer, and since I love typography I wanted to use that, and emphasize lyrics.

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

Ah, that sounds like way more fun than writing a thesis. :D What is your major?

yeah, except it can be tedious to get thing to look just right or sometimes challenging brainstorm/come up with ideas.

my major is graphic design

Yeah, but I think you'd encounter the same sort of problems if you were writing a thesis. Well, it looks really interesting anyway. :nice:

^ The upside is that they have cool merchandise. The downside is that Atoms for Peace won't die.

true... it kind of reinforces that atoms for peace is something that will be in the future, and not something that was ust a fling. at least i was able to get a poster and a shirt (mens black shirt... which by the way is an awesome shirt, one of the best music shirts i have, it looks awesome)

^ Yeah, it's very cool merch. I love Stanley Donwood's art, and the Eraser theme presents some of his best work, IMO. It's so awesome.

So true. :nice:

I wish they'd have more posters though.

Love your project, Mike! :nice:

Really nice track :nice:

I should keep a track on them! i already made one in this thread I believe. :surprised:

That is a very well put together trailer Mike. Love the poster as well. Its very good granted you probably couldnt use any of the original album artwork.

Thanks everyone!

I think I was going to use some of the artwork but the teacher told me to make everything on my own, so I decided to do that.

The trailer looks good! Made me want to listen to In Rainbows again. Hadn't heard it properly in two months probably. It's such an amazing album. :wacky:

You've turned into me. :surprised:
