perhaps if you gave us a jist of what's happening. For example, why are there pictures of Radiohead members and albums and stuff?

In Ireland, you have to do an Irish tape test in which you hear a general conversation. It's a mockery that.

 

He's basically talking about listening to music on his ipod.

Radiò Ceann = Radiohead. He just talks about radiohead and says the names of their albums and a number of their songs in Irish. Na Karma Gardaì - Karma Police, OK riomhaire = OK computer, etc. He also calls them Savàiste Cabàiste. Which means savage cabbage.
