Singer Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her North London flat this afternoon Sky News is reporting. Only on Thursday did she attend her god daughters Dionne Bromfield gig at London's Roundhouse. Really tragic news to hear.

I still remember it like it was today:

I had listened to her first album for weeks on repeat when it came out (got a recommendation from a friend) and then some time later saw her on TV for the first time.

That time she was still a little chubby and looked totally like the girl next door that hasn't her acne under control.

 

It hurt to watch her go the downward spiral (if that is the correct word).

Oh no... Another artist who dies soo soo young.. Strange: She was 27, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison also died when they were 27.

I can't say I'm surprised. It's sad to see people spinning out of control with this as the outcome. I'm not a fan of her at all, but it still is a shame.

i just thought of her 2 weeks ago and listened to her albums again thinking when she might come up with some new material! so that s not going to happen :disappointed:

Her last concert in Belgrade wasn't bode well unfortunately, but ending her life like this and so young ...
