I'm hoping for some bright acoustic guitar-y intro that explodes with a riff from Jonny that's like a hybrid of In My Place and Strawberry Swing. As a lead single, I would be really surprised by a dark song named Paradise (but that could be interesting and with Coldplay you never know!)

I think it'll have a lively, upbeat instrument part like Lovers In Japan, except maybe on guitar, and the lyrics will detail this wonderful, better place, in a narrative style, which is what the Billboard Q&A said it was (the narrative part, anyway).

Yeah and this makes me feel very excited. Cause I excpectet Charlie Brown or Hurts Like Heaven (if ETIAW won't be on the album, so HLH = Violett Hill and CB = Viva la Vida) as the next single. Obviously the band has a ace behind and this is anything but great!

In order to market this album well, this has to be the most radio-friendly, mass-appeal single (Viva La Vida was released about this time sequentially before LP4). Therefore, I expect something with a lot of grandeur. Something really stadium-friendly.

VH was released in March to download, and Viva was released about 3 weeks before the album (May 25, 2008) To download. Physical release was at the same time as the album almost. Album came out June 11.

I'm expecting something happy, poppy and summery. So like Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall basically. Also I'm expecting it to be crap. I really hope it's not.

Am I the only one who thinks that it's kind of an off-character track title for Coldplay? It kind of doesn't fit the essence of their last hits. I'm hoping it's really different and I'm hoping that it is well-structured.
