EMI staff is for sure here in order to try to do damage-control once the album leaks.

So it looks like we have to wait until the 19th when Japan gets it and decides to leak it for us :D

it's possible that such person has the album already - since he/she works for a music magazine or something...but that doesn't mean he or she will leak it...

I think that it is plausible that there has been a MINOR and CONTAINED leak (hence the HIGH visitors here and last.fm thing, which sounds possible as that user listened to MX and Noel Gallagher's album, for her both leaked, one after the other), today or yesterday. Surely NOT Sep5.
