What Lore said.....i know i haven't been on here for very long though i think i would probably get better marks if i wasn't on here.

 

Whenever i'm trying to complete a uni assignment or study, i find myself procrastinating a whole lot. Tthis is what normally happens when i'm study:

 

*opens up word document and types a title*........oh, looks like i deserve a break" aha, i have no idea how many times i've just read through pages and pages of a thread when i should be studying......especially in lectures :P As for meeting people, i haven't met anyone really. i think i'm more of a reader than a poster :)

I would of cured cancer. But would I do it all again?....probably.

i would had gotten better grades in studies, but i wouldn't had known as many bands as i know now, wouldn't had been interested in studying abroad and had made many friends along the years and tried to learn more languages and playing better some instruments also shared some writing and related projects in english (i miss Miro and Mike :bigcry: ), and i would still be single.

The board itself hasn't changed me, but the persons I met here did. I have no idea where I would be today without my Coldplaying friends. I just feel like they understand me better than tons of people outside of the internet do ...

 

I know there's this cliche that meeting people from the internet is bad or dangerous, but to me it felt more like I met persons I've known for years. The first real hug is always something unforgettable though. :wacky:

I wouldn't have become so addicted to the internet, met people from all over the world, met Gena in person, wanted to travel so bad, heard about some great artists, learned that my 'friends' aren't really good friends in real life oh and my grades would probably be better.

In all honesty I've made some great friends through here.

I probably wouldn't have problems sleeping at night. But who needs sleep when you have friends? :awesome:

If I had not joined, I probably would not know as much about Coldplay as I do. :P

 

There are also quite a few other bands/artists that I would never have heard of if not for this forum.
