So, I got my CD...and I ripped it on itunes...and I noticed the most horrible sight..

 

It said that Mylo Xyloto, the first track...is 0:43 long!!!

Of course, I've always been a big fan of them playing around with the number 42 (their song, one of their rules on the wall, and the fact that they took it from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy).

 

I know its a tiny thing...but at the same time, I've always read that its 42 seconds long..

 

Does this happen to anyone else, or is it just me?

it's 42.1 seconds long according to itunes, so it's 42 seconds for me. I did get it off itunes instead of the physical copy though, so maybe that's the difference.

Actually though, I don't think the last bit is a full second, and it just rounds up cause it is point whatever over 42 seconds. Plus the last couple milliseconds are a transition into Hurts Like Heaven anyways.
