May 22, 201115 yr OOOH, Spain. :wacky: I want to go there someday. Most exciting band since Arctic Monkeys? I wouldn't go THAT far.
May 22, 201115 yr Our lurk will be forever And when we spy, we'll spy together Creep, don't we ever Because our lurk will be forever (Same setlist today as previous gig + Guiding Light. Can't tell if that makes it a better or worse gig.)
May 22, 201115 yr ^ That totally reminds me of the "Hysteria" parody I wrote and posted in here some time ago. Good times...
May 22, 201115 yr I actually kind of like Guiding Light. I wouldn't have minded seeing it live, but I'll take Citizen Erased I guess. :P
May 22, 201115 yr I wouldn't have minded seeing it live That's what I said before my first Muse show, since I would be happy with anything at my first show. Then they played it. It was brutal. Thankfully, the zetas have smiled upon me and I haven't had to put up with it at a single show since. We'll see if I stay that lucky in a few months. :P

May 22, 201115 yr It was boring live, but it's okay because I was still recovering from hearing Bliss, if they had played Citizen Erased afterwards I would have died. So really, Guiding Light saved my life.
May 22, 201115 yr It was boring live, but it's okay because I was still recovering from hearing Bliss, if they had played Citizen Erased afterwards I would have died. So really, Guiding Light saved my life. LMAO. As someone who also nearly died from Bliss, I got Undisclosed Desires immediately after, so that gave me four nice minutes where I could calm down until they played something that was actually good. Now watch, this time I pissed off a fan of UD.
May 22, 201115 yr I LOVE UNDISCLOSED DESIRES :bigcry: I had . . .USoE, which kind of sort of was a break after CE.
May 22, 201115 yr I groove along to UD every time I listen to it. :wacky: I love it. Although, I guess I see what Michael means by it not being the most exciting live song. Even though I've never experienced it live. Dunno where and when this pic was taken, but I'll just leave it here. Dom is holding a mini, shoe-less, red-haired Matt doll! :awesome: EDIT: Picture was taken in St. Petersburg.
May 23, 201115 yr You may be a sinner But your innocence is mine. :wink3: I LOVE UNDISCLOSED DESIRES :bigcry: I had . . .USoE, which kind of sort of was a break after CE. Guys, I have a confession to make. I like "The Resistance" as a whole more than I probably should. SUE ME ALREADY. :bigcry: Yeah, Christina reminded me with her USoE comment. HAHA, Dom looks so awkward.
May 23, 201115 yr I LOVE UNDISCLOSED DESIRES :bigcry: I had . . .USoE, which kind of sort of was a break after CE. Unlike UD, "United States of Eurasia" actually translates extremely well live. I didn't care for it when I first heard it after that whole treasure hunt thing, but there's something that's freaking awesome/hilarious about thousands of people fist-pumping to "SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!" Guys, I have a confession to make. I like "The Resistance" as a whole more than I probably should. SUE ME ALREADY. :bigcry: I think the album takes an immense upswing after the first 5 tracks. Once they get the poppier songs and the outright sucky songs out of the way, it's really solid from "Unnatural Selection" onward.
May 23, 201115 yr I don't like to think that Muse have any songs that downright suck. Of course, that's the blind fangirl in me talking. In reality, I know that I have my songs that I really don't like. I've always found "Map of Your Head" to be quite annoying.
