I had some difficulty to get used to the Symphonie 1 as well as 2 and 3 but now it's OK.

Guiding light and Unnatural Selection are still not growing on me. :\ I love certain parts of Unnatural selection, but it's just so damn long.

United States of Eurasia is one of my favourites too. And the Symphony is growing on me more and more ... I wasn't too fond of it at first, but now I think it's pretty epic.

The symphony would have been better being put together as one massive song instead of 3 parts on the album.

That's true. I'm not listening to the three parts separately anyway.

The symphony is definitely meant to be listened to together. Having them all in one song would have made the album look too short, I guess.

 

I'm not a fan of Guiding Light either. It's the one flub on the album and it seems like a huge rip-off of Invincible, which I certainly prefer to it. But I LOVE Unnatural Selection. I agree that they could have cut a good half-minute from the middle, but the song is one of the best rockers on the album.
