kittybitty
Foo Fighters sang "Jet." Coldplay looked and sounded great, I could listen to them sing Beatles all day long. I hope the full song goes on Coldplay.com.
TraceOddity
^GAH!! NO WAY!! I HAVE to hear that!!!!! I love the Foos and they're more than up to that song. I don't even know if Coldplay could have pulled that off, lol. Did anyone do any Abbey Road songs? I sat up last night and re-learned the side 2 medley, and wished someone would do it for the show. It's hard, but there was talent there that could handle it. :)

m@r@
I found some photos on Zimbio more pics here http://www.daylife.com/search/photos/1/grid?__site=daylife&q=coldplay :D Thank you for the pics !!!! Amazing ones :D does this photo not remind anyone of the X&Y era :) yes indeed :) Good memories! I like the new clothes, but I still like their basic black look best. Me too, I love the fact that they have colourful and specific clothes for their album era but they are better when they dress normally :D ^I hear that! I love Coldplay out of their clothes too, lol. ;) hihihi  :sneaky:

smallnshort247
Black jackets remind me of X&Y! I was about to say the same thing. I really loved their clothes from the AROBTTH and X&Y days. Simple but classy!
Wintergreen
does this photo not remind anyone of the X&Y era :) Not sure. I just know I really like the look on Chris' face. Fully agree with everyone here, they look absolutely fantastic. I know I saw the MusiCares show on Neil Young on VH1 Classic at one point last year, so I'm pretty sure this will probably air sometime down the line. When, exactly, don't know. But I can't imagine someone won't broadcast it. In the meantime, I shall have to check out the snippets that are available until someone on the internet gives us a full video clip. I never would've pegged "We Can Work It Out" as the song of choice (I always thought they'd do a great version of "Let It Be" or "Hey Jude"), but hey, good song, I'm dying to hear their take on it. Cheese Nip, thanks for the info on all the performances :). Some of those other ones have me rather intrigued, too (Neil Young doing "I Saw Her Standing There"? Ooh. Interesting choice). RedBalloon
It must be a good live~ Personally, I really love Paul's new song My Valentine [sth. flowing, with a touch of original beatles and the stamp of time in between]. It reminds me a similar song called This Masquerade by Carpenters.. Jazz/Funk, swinging. I may check out a local Beatles' cover Live soon. kittybitty
I thought the snippet of Neil Young sounded like crap, but then, I'm not a fan of his. And I thought Alicia Keys and Norah Jones' songs should have been switched. Katy Perry, as always, sounds terrible live.

TraceOddity
I love the black too. But Chris has said that he really loves having specific clothes to wear onstage, so if it makes the band feel happy and more primed for a gig, bring on the painted crap, lol. (I don't mind it at all. Shows off Chris's great figure, lol.)
