Inspired by the med school thread

You can type why, I'd love to hear that

If you're too poor/young for college, just put what field you're interested in most

I’m majoring Special Education so I can assist children with disabilities, especially, those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

I'm currently getting my Master's in Counseling Psychology. I just want a career where I can help others and psychology is a passion of mine.

I'm doing a MA in Translation. My languages of choice are: Slovene, English and French. :dizzy:

I'm getting a two-year university degree called "Techniques de commercialisation". It's about sales & marketing. But then I'm going to specialize in Fashion Marketing :awesome:

Ooh this is what I plan to do minus the deaf or hard of hearing thing

I don't really know what course i'm gonna study at Uni (if I get there that is).

Probs something like Biology or Zoology possibly Psychology or Creative Writing, I am so undecided.

I study medicine because someday I hope to be a corrupted physician.

Math, because I like it a lot. I don't know what I'll do with it though.

Studied sociology.

same here

I minored in sociology. It's pretty kewl.

Sup bro!

I minored in sociology. It's pretty kewl.

Everyone says that, initially its kewl, after 4 years of it, it really isn't. In fact 6 months is more then enough to realise it. Everyone on my course hated it, half of them dropped out before 3rd year.

Majored in (Actuarial) Mathematics.

Minored in both Business and Economics while I was there; I had to take extra classes to stay in full-time status to stay on my parents' insurance, so I figured I might as well apply the filler classes to minors to look smart 'n' stuff.

Okay if you studied to be an ACTUARY I'm sure you didn't need help looking smart.

I envy you people, I really do.

I will try to get to university and study Scandinavian's Philology.

Too dumb to decide

That's why I'm going to grammar school, I have 3 more years to decide :wacky:

But I'm 90% sure that it will be architecture.

I thought about studying engineering at the university after I finish high school but I'm not really keen on doing 7/8 hours of classes 5 days a week + 4 hours of studying every day; so, the last option

studying at Chemical Engineering, also minor branch in Mechanical engineering.

I've done Engineering back in Uruguay, but while i'm at the US i'll study some Music and when I get back to Uruguay i'll probably continue with my Engineering studies.
