You could be an awesome student, but come the day of the final test and you have a "bad-day" and do crap you end up with rubbish scores, and vice-versa if your an average/below-average student and you get lucky on the final tests your grade will be higher. Having up-to 2 years worth of studying pushed into one (or 2) 2 hour papers isn't the best way to test student's knowledges.

 

But sadly neither is coursework as it's too easy to get someone else to do the hard-work for you.

 

The youth these days are hit with exams after exams, it just isn't good, especially when they test you on rubbish stuff which has no or little relevance in real life.

Finals on the horizon! I just want a careless summer, pleeeeaaaasssssee!

I can remember finals like they happened last week... cuz they did...

 

I'm glad I didn't take any AP exams, cuz 3-4 hours of testing would probably pop an artery!

 

What percentage does your final exams cost on your semester grade? mine is 20%

 

plus I hope I never have to take them again (until college of course) and I get exempted next year! (senior yr)
