Talk? This ones a little out there but uh okay

adventure of a lifetime. The process could be crystallization or condensation... But diamonds are crystals so maybe? (Lyric we are diamonds taking shape)

Harmless? (Took a lot of digging lol I don't even think it's on iTunes.) I'm not that that that hardcore. Wow.

This might require further music knowledge but your clue is: Ed Sheeran

You mean I'm gonna have to break out of my Coldplay bubble to answer this?! Oh, I don't know if I can haha

Yeah you might have to [emoji23]

Ed SHeeran and Chris sang Yellow together, that's what I know. So is it Yellow ?

Or X Marks the Spot ?

Nope, think... More Ed Sheeran?

Ed sheeran

Drunk

Well your half there? It is guess the Coldplay song after all [emoji23]

Yes, Harmless ! It's an unreleased (leaked) song of the early 2000s.

Your turn :)

I absolutely LOVE that song BTW. I have NO idea why they didn't release it... like seriously, Coldplay are too critical of themselves for their own good, and it shows :P But then again, I like when Coldplay doesn't release their gems because it kind of has that feel to it that released songs don't have. I don't know what it is tho, lol, there's just a magic that unreleased songs have compared to released and more well-known songs have to them... I don't know what it is.

One factor might be they are not overplayed? :P It's refreshing to feel a need and have to seek out songs like Careful Where You Stand to listen to rather than have these tunes shoved in one's face all the time. I know over here one of our major TV channel's morning show's music guy has a thing for Coldplay - I'm pretty sure he/she plays at least one of their hits every morning within that 3 hour period! Often I'll hear a few snippets from different songs lol :laugh3: With this sort of exposure songs are bound to become less special sometime, particularly when they are trotted out to match cheesy / tired stories on TV... In fact I think some of their hits suffer from over-exposure that way (eg Paradise, Yellow, Fix You) whereas others that have unusual sounds benefit and eventually become accepted as part of a contemporary musical landscape (eg Clocks, Violet Hill)

LOL, Glass OF Water ?

Yes!!! That was faster than I thought it would be... Okay then your turn!

Gotta say, Fix You, for some reason keeps on coming up in my everyday life whenever there is any sad or somber occasion. It's pretty weird but it still makes me cry every time.

Agree, Fix You is still special no matter how often it comes up :D

And I believe the next riddle should be made by @Openyourpolitik - I dunno how he guessed Drunk by Ed SHeeran, but without I wouldn't have come to the right answer and I would never have guessed that !

Oh, in the song Drunk (on his first album +) Ed sings the lyrics 'On cold days cold plays out like the bands name'. So the idea was to find the song and then relate it to Glass of Water. Drunk is a classic though I was obsessed with that song for a long time. And either one of you can come up with a clue it's up to you guys [emoji23][emoji23]

Ah, I didn't know that ! So that was the connection :D

I was so thrilled when I heard that lyric at first lol

lol, me too! When you wrote that riddle Drunk came to my mind but my guess was up in Flames as he mentioned Flames in the song. And the first time I heard that song and that line I was like what??? because that day I wanted to hear something different to what I normally listen to. I couldn't believe I heard the word Coldplay in a song when I was trying no to listen to Coldplay for a moment.
