Nattatouille Posted February 11, 2013 Share Posted February 11, 2013 Aw, I hoped to see a thread about Kodaline in here. Absolutely love them. Was supposed to be seeing them in Brighton tonight but couldn't afford the trainfare :cry: so I'm hopefully going to catch them in April or something when they come to Portsmouth. Also they're so lovely. We ran a band of the day/introducing feature on them last May (I think) and they were literally so sweet and thankful about it. I wouldn't want them to tour with Coldplay though. They deserve to make a name for themselves without being tabbed as the next Coldplay or Coldplay support band ect. 42JTR Posted February 11, 2013 Author Share Posted February 11, 2013 Bands who support Coldplay often have a bright future in store for them (Snow Patrol, Emily Sande) So I think it's wouldn't be that bad for them actually:) And most bands start off wby touring with bigger bands(in their same genre) so they can reach a new and bigger audience. I agree that maybe whe shouldn't label them that much as ''The Next Coldplay'' But it definitely isn't a bad thing and I don't think they would really mind.
