Aw, I hoped to see a thread about Kodaline in here.

 

Absolutely love them. Was supposed to be seeing them in Brighton tonight but couldn't afford the trainfare :cry: so I'm hopefully going to catch them in April or something when they come to Portsmouth.

 

Also they're so lovely. We ran a band of the day/introducing feature on them last May (I think) and they were literally so sweet and thankful about it.

 

I wouldn't want them to tour with Coldplay though. They deserve to make a name for themselves without being tabbed as the next Coldplay or Coldplay support band ect.

Bands who support Coldplay often have a bright future in store for them (Snow Patrol, Emily Sande) So I think it's wouldn't be that bad for them actually:) And most bands start off wby touring with bigger bands(in their same genre) so they can reach a new and bigger audience. I agree that maybe whe shouldn't label them that much as ''The Next Coldplay'' But it definitely isn't a bad thing and I don't think they would really mind. It's a very big compliment and gives them a lot of hope for the future:)
