The two bids were made by "bidder 1" so I'm guessing that's the same person. With the first bid, the reserved price or something like that, wasn't reached yet and the extra dollar did it apparently. No clue why

the reserved price was already reached by the first bid. the extra dollar just made the second bidder the "highest bidder"
