Yesterday I have created this 7 days free trial account on Unlocater.com.

 

You have to create an account but don't need to specify credit card info.

They are giving you 2 IP-addresses you have to specify on your netwerk definition for Wifi.

You can also use it on mobile but I haven't tried that.
