That should imho be the end of X&Y. I never got warm with TKC for some reason. Too bad that this and Fix You is the only X&Y stuff that the band remembers these days....

You will be happy to know that my dog also finds Coldplay great to go to sleep to! Here's one of my favorites, TKC. That guitar reminds me of a train on the tracks for some reason. "I need someone to understand". Thanks, all, for being that for me tonight!

It would have been a lot stronger if Cash had been around to lend his vocals. Probably the only song on X&Y that's Parachutes-esque.

By the way the reason for me being late was: I was with a friend who got sick just as we wanted to leave. We couldn't take the subway, so we had to walk across the city ! Took us more than 40 minutes. Sorry again about the late start.

@The Adversary - I must admit I'd have loved to hear more about your view of the individual songs, cause I know that you cherish this album a lot. But probably you were just very absorbed by the music, which is just as good ! :D

Don't worry. It helped me to join you in the right moment, we should always look at the positive side of events even when it doesn't make sense in that precise moment.

Yeah, I was actually alone in the apartment right now...and as for not understanding, same here... :( I had to come up with a different reason of why I need to be home at around 8 for this friend because "I have to listen to a Coldplay album with other people online" is not generally regarded as a valid reason.
