"Ocean Avenue" is the only solid album they have, IMO. The others? Mehhh.

OHNOSHEDIDN'T.

Not really a fan, but they had a good run with ocean ave and only one. This type of music, the emo/punk/pop mixture, is rarely done well. Everyone likes music to be emotional - that's the whole point. But when you start sounding whiney or desperate, I can't stand it. Certainly, it's a fine line. Yellowcard usually falls on the whiney side of the line for me.

If you are older than 14 and like this band for anything other than fond nostalgia of a simpler time, you are wrong.
