Hello Girls:

 

I don't post often, but I was at the Chicago show last night and had a cool experience. I wrote up a longer psot over on the Chicago concert page, but thought some of you might enjoy.

 

When they were walking back from stage C, I got to touch 3 of the 4 as they walked right past me. Didn't touch Will, but I patted Guy on the shoulder, got a very awkward high five from Johnny, (I think giving me the high 5 was a last minute decision and we kinda missed each other's hands and kinda smacked each other's wrists.) When Chris walked by I put my hand under his shoulder on his chest. When I got outside I had orange paint on my hand. Apparently, his shirt paint was wet. So was he, BTW. Chris sweat on my hand mixed wth paint. I can be happy forever.

 

The show was fabulous. That goes without saying. I'm going to try to put up some photos, but, it's not my strong point.

Hi! I didn't bring a laptop and am using my phone, but I wanted to check in to say "ditto." :D

 

Coldplay never disappoint, and last night was no exception. It's such a high to see da boys, the crowd was great, and it was sad to see it end. So much energy is exchanged in their show!! Itqs pure joy to go.

 

It was sad to not meet the man, but we will stalk tonight and see what happens. I'm evidently suffering from no-Chris syndrome, but since Row mentioned my shortcomings (which are plenty I admit... haha!), let me add that she didnt know how to work the elevator in the hotel NOR did know how to use the phone NOR did she know how to turn on the lights. So, I'd say we were fairly even.

 

Even if I don't meet Chris, this trip has been fantastic just because I finally met my already great friend from across the pond.

 

More later! This has all been unbelievably great fun.

I have a tonne of photos and videos to sort through and edit. But I will post my best shots here now I finally have some stable internet connection.

 

Yes I fully admit I had NO clue on the elevators! LOL.. well who knew it was so complicated? LOL. As for the other stuff.. well OK, thick English here! LOL...

 

Oh and whilst we are trading insults, Sharon nearly left her umbrella in the restaurant last night! LOL.. :p

 

I have had the best, most amazing time here. So sad it is over so quickly. I have met and made a best friend (already were, but in person we are dangerous! LOL) we have laughed, cried and had a ball..

 

I miss it already and I'm not gone yet! :)
