Last updated at 11:31am on 2nd November 2007 commentIconSm.gif Comments (7)

X Factor finalist Emily Nakanda has been filmed carrying out a vicious attack on a teenage girl in a second "happy slapping" video.

The shocking clip shows the young singer, dressed in her school uniform, launching at a blonde girl and swinging her round by her hair.

The footage was then sent via mobile phone to Emily's school friends, who watched the wannabe popstar force the girl, known only as Anna, into a headlock before punching and shoving her to the ground.

The happy slapping video came to light just days after a film was released of Emily, who gave herself the gang name Lady Shiverz, threatening to cut out a boy's eyes.

The talent show finalist is now at the centre of an investigation into the two videos.

This new footage shows the teen star in an alleyway near her home in North Finchley, London, as an unidentified friend videos the attack on a mobile phone.

Emily tells her victim that she is going to rip her hair out, but she can later be heard to complain that she might get blood on her pristine white school shirt.

"If it rips out I'm gonna get blood on my clothes," she said.

However, Emily told X Factor bosses Anna was a friend and that the pair had a "disagreement".

The show's management are investigating the circumstances behind both the videos.

Anyone seen the 'knife' incident on YouTube where she threatens someone? That's obviously staged, the victim is laughing their head off! Although the happy slapping video does look terrible. Silly silly girl.

Yup! Well she got what she deserved, anyway.................... ;)

X Factor to "X" tenant??

X Factor reject faces eviction from council house after 'loud singing' sparks 130 complaints

By Lizzie Smith

Last updated at 5:23 PM on 04th October 2008

An X factor reject faces being booted out of her council house after neighbours made dozens of complaints about 'loud singing' keeping them awake late at night.

Emma Chawner, her parents and older sister, claim they are being victimised 'for being fat' after 130 noise complaints were made about them in less than a year.

But witnesses insist the Chawners sing loudly late at night, play music and watch TV at top volume, let their dog bark constantly and yell abuse at their neighbours.

Emma, 19, was notoriously rejected from the X Factor last year after singing Celine Dion's Titanic 'like a baby' and wearing a 'wedding dress' handmade by her father.

She auditioned again this year and said: 'I have had singing lessons, my singing teacher said I'm halfway there.' Simon Cowell disagreed, telling her: 'Singing is not your future.'

Last month at Bury County Court the Chawner family were given 28 days to leave the house.

Emma, her 21-year-old sister Samantha, father Philip and mother Audrey ,had until yesterday to move out of their home in Ramsbottom, or face being kicked out.

But the family are determined to stay, saying they have nowhere to go and claiming they have been victimised because they 'are fat'.

They claim scratches on their car and front door, including the word fat engraved into their windscreen, are evidence of the bullying.

And they also allege the council has not measured the noise with sound monitors, but has instead relied on the evidence of neighbours.

In court in August last year the family admitted 17 offences of rowdiness.

Trainee hairdresser Emma said: 'I feel sick with worry. If they kick us out today we will have to sleep in our car.

'We are not noisy, we don't even have a karaoke machine.'

There are mixed feeling about the family on the street, with some defending them.

But one neighbour said: 'It has been going on for years, we just want it over with now.'

A spokeswoman for Bury Council said: 'The Chawner family were served with a possession order which stated they must give back possession of the property to Bury Council within a specific period of time.

'If they do not move out of a property within the specific period then Bury Council will apply for a warrant from the Courts to make an appointment with a bailiff, who then executes this warrant and evicts them from the property.

X Factor Final Twelve REVEALED!

The 12 acts to make it through to this year's X Factor live finals have been revealed.

Simon Cowell's 'Boys' category will consist of Scott Bruton, a 19-year-old Pontins bluecoat who gave up his job for a shot at the contest; Eoghan Quigg, the youngest in the group at 15; and Austin Drage, a 21-year-old from Essex.

Alan Turner, who caused controversy with his backstory during the audition stages, lost out at the Judges' Houses stage, along with Mali-Michael McCalla and Liam Payne.

From the six in the 'Girls' category, Cheryl Cole picked Diana Vickers, 17, Laura White, 20, and Alexandra Burke, also 20. Burke lost out at the Boot Camp stage in 2005, while White, who first auditioned while ill, has already been called "the one to beat" by Simon Cowell. Hannah Bradbeer, Anastacia Baker and Amy Connelly failed to make the cut.

Louis Walsh presided over the 'Groups' category in Ireland and opted for Bad Lashes, GirlBand and JLS as his acts. The mentor, who was helped by Shane Filan during the process, sent home Desire, 4 Instinct and Priority.

Finally, Dannii Minogue picked single mum Rachel Hylton, 26, Spanish-born 25-year-old Ruth Lorenzo and Danny Evans, 38, a single dad who entered the competition after the death of his wife, as her representatives from the 'Over-25s' category. Suzie Furlonger, James Williams and Louise Heatly did not make it through to the next stage of the ITV1 contest.

The 12 finalists will battle it out in the first live show next Saturday.

If there's any justice whatsoever, the winner should come from Laura, Alexandra and Ruth, as they are the best singers in the competition.

Most of the others are pretty mediocre IMO, although JLS at least boast some originality. And how that Danny guy made it through I really don't know.

He's nothing more than a glorified pub singer!!:P
