  1. So, the demos are not tradeable? :'(
  2. I have the japanese release, and it does not come with the lyrics in english nor japanese whatsoever. Just a brief mention of the song's composers and producers at the end of the little japanese booklet... So, I don't know where we can find official lyrics for it.
  3. Here I lie
  4. Except not for the love we make
  5. It would be such a bummer if this project gets delayed due to some kind of legal issue...
  6. This thread aged very well...
  7. Yeah. So we will never know for sure if "Juliet telephoned in by a region" or "by ouija" :P
  8. Well, it is a problem when it comes to mass production. Adding two more pages involves a lot when it comes to assembling and such. And as per the quality, maybe the japanese manufacturer just uses more premium materials (higher quality paper, ink and printers) to make the books, that's no wonder since japanese factories tend to have higher quality standards...
  9. I have both regular and japanese versions of EL. I didn't notice the increase of quality, have to chech them side by side, I just opened it once to copy the tracks on my PC (real lossless Flags sounds SO GREAT). The extra bag for the CD was a nice detail tho. What kinda pissed me off was the fact that there's no lyrics for Flags on the booklet, just a little mention of the track on the japanese mini-booklet, but no lyrics.
  10. Haha guys, there's no need to say "this is gonna be like this or that", since we have a lot of time until the next album comes out and we don't know nothing about it but the mention of MOTS in the booklet. We have theories, yes, but they're just theories in the end. Also, imma laugh out loud when MOTS comes out and it ends up being poppy as AHFOD XD
  11. It's so hard to just walk away
  12. He said I'm gonna buy this place and burn it down
  13. Yeah, I know they re-recorded several versions of this gorgeous track, but I was referring to this particular edited audio file of Talk, since you can tell the ending was swapped with the one from the album. I wasn't talking about the band's endless attempts to make the song sound perfect back in 2004-2005, I was talking about how this audio file might have been edited just a couple days ago, not in 2004 as the title of the folder suggests...
  14. Whatever it takes, I'll keep racing 'till the race is run
  15. Smoke is rising from the houses
  16. All that noise I'm waking up
  17. When it started we had high hopes
  18. I hate to be "that guy" here, but that's not a genuine FLAC copy of this outstanding demo (my all time favorite). The spectrograms below show us that someone just re-encoded the existing MP3 @ 160kbps version we already have and converted it to FLAC 48KHz, 24 bit audio. Those specs alone made me doubt about this file, it's almost imposible to find a demo in such high quality. I guess we'll have to stick to the 160kbps version... Cool story though!!! Here you can see the regular MP3 vs this FLAC file. They're the same: EDIT: I'm also pissed off... This has the ending of the regular Talk from the album. So, saying this is from 2004 is just BS hahaha! It's not just a re-encoded version but also an adulterated one...
  19. We need more guns
