Sorry...it's probably not the place for this....but I've had it up to here with Best Buy presale codes. What a bitch! The website continues to give me that stupid error message whenever I try clicking on the "Get Code" link! That's how I missed the LA presale....and gee, I guess they're not letting me try the San Jose one either. :veryangry2: I tried using both Firefox and IE browser. NONE of them worked. How is it that other people can get the code just fine? The hell with this. [/rant]

perhaps it's too soon at this point? i mean, new IS NEW and will be more intriguing. i remember that it took me MONTHS (in fact, years!) before listening to Parachutes again when AROBTTH and X&Y came out. by that time, the songs on the first album weren't on my mind as much and to hear them again after a long hiatus was refreshing. :)

i'm currently a music student myself. i understand what you mean. maybe it depends on where you stand about music as an ART, i guess. it's fine to enjoy it as a whole but for someone who's curious and notices the details...well the "in-depth" analysis will happen. personally i'm a downright NERD about music, but i try to keep an open mind about it all. enjoying something as a whole and noticing the little details is a mindful balance. you can certainly do both.

i think that with BOTH the pre-sales selling out, it's definitely safe to assume that the rest of the ticket allocations for the general sale WILL sell out. hence the newly-added concert date, to meet up with demands.

single tickets are still on sale aghh there was no way i could get 4 tickets without sitting in the FAR back! so i did 4 different transactions....:( i'm going to try the general sale tomorrow. if somehow i luck out with that one, i'll be more than happy to sell back the ones i bought today to any of you guys here ((no, i don't promote scalping/touting, in case you are thinking that)) :)

Best Buy gets a swift kick in the arse from me!! I received the email notice a few minutes after it was dispatched and went to the site to apply for the presale code. It kept giving me the "ERROR, WE'RE SORRY WE CAN'T PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME" page! Everytime I kept coming back it keeps giving me that fcking page! :bigcry::furious2:
