I can't be really disappointed. I was very scpetical after Viva about a possible new record but with Major Minus, ETIAW, HLH, CB, PoC and Uatw I have everything I wanted. I love these songs so much and I'm very satisfied. I just look forward to the new songs and the new album without any pressure or hig expectations.

@ColdplayingfromKansas Hm, Paradise is obviously the second single of the new record and so its supposed to be the most successful one. Can't believe that they won't give us any information about the first radio plays, the artwork, tracklist of the single etc. I'm 100 % sure that there will be a announcement tomorrow or on thuesday.

Yesterday there was a farewell party for a good friend of mine and it was 5 o clock in the night , everyone was tired, nobody was dancing. Then, they played Every Teardrop is a Waterfall and it was magic. Everyone moved onto the dancefloor and jump and dance around, talking about this "wonderful song"... it was mind-blowing!

I don't understand most of you here. Of course, the tracklisting is really really interesting and I'm also excited to see which song made the cut. But why you discuss fake tracklists? Holmes said they will be in the studios until the last second. And there isn't a chance for a official tracklisting announcement before 8./9. September. Please, look forward to Paradise and in this week I'm sure we will know the tracklist (Contest to hear Mylo Xyloto, Paradise on iTunes...). Wait and see.

I really hope for a non-ordinary building of the song. There is nothing which is more boring as the old building of pop songs in my honest opinion.

Am I the only one who expect some news on monday (1 week before release of Paradise)? Is ist possible that they create a 30 sec ad with some snippets of Paradise on their website?!

Us against the world definitely Oxegen and ONLY Oxegen - the sound mix is perfect, you can hear Jonny more clearer then before! Same with Major Minus --> Oxegen Version! Hurts Like Heaven - very hard. I like the Glasto version, also the Where the Action is one (epic ending...).

Why this is the problem of the band? Wheter you are excited about the new single or not. The guys keep very mysterious about the new album (promotion, tracklist...) and especially the new single. This is a good way to create excitment. They can't do anything more to some fans, who are a bit bored because of the new style of the band, but they just try to don't take these fans too important.

I'm so bored of this sentence. Thats actually wrong. Paradise istn't better than Charlie Brown for Coldplay, they decided between these two songs and they wanted to release Charlie Brown as the second single long time ago. But now, they thought it would be to clear to release this song, so they decided to take Paradise. But they wanted Charlie Brown as a single for a long time and they just took Paradise to make somethin unexpected.

A Spell A Rebell Yell?

The setlist at this gig was quite chaotic. But really, there isn't a high possibility that CB will be the opener of a concert because CB is going to be a huge single of the new album and big hits are often in the middle-end of a concert.

Its a bit crazy that there aren't any news about Paradise. No date for the first radio play, no date for the possible selling methods (only online, as CD/VInly?) etc. But I definitely know that there will be some news in the next time. ;)

Really, the lyrics doesn't matter for me when I hear this great, great song... but when I read the lyrics it makes the whole song a bit more epic than before. Love this song and love these lyrics so much! :)

Rossi answered a question if there a little touches of him on Paradise with "absolutely, yes!" so this means for me that there are very prominent strings.

Right now I listen to Major Minus under earphones and listen to that bass and this vocal effect and I simply love it. Thanks for sharing this song with us, Coldplay!

Yes, I'm so looking forward to all these funny interviews when they talk how the album was created and whats the secret behind the strange title... and maybe give some insights on the new record (some songs and their charackter...)

There was a german newspaper article one year ago about the album and they said that there are the highest security standards to keep it under secret. Only two people have access to the database. Consequently I believe it won't leak or at least not 2 weeks before the official release.

On the other side, if it is more representative (like the orcale said) I believe its a song carried by the guitar (epic!). Or it is a quit song because the album have loud and quit ones - so Paradise is after the first single (loud) more representative for the whole album. Hmmm...we will see. My expectations are low but I know I will be surprised how epic the single is. ;)
