Ok, basicly I really got into tool about a year and a half ago...and I mean I really got into them...they became and still are my all time favorite band. I could lisen to them all day...basicly they are also the reason I got into coldplay...I like to check up on tool forums and they were talking about the crappy state of music. People were asking what are a few good bands that are technicly sound and really are smart bands...and a few people mentioned coldplay...so I checked them out...and they are so so good...but basicly I wanted to try and return the favor to a coldplay fan and maybe show them about tool. Yes it's true. Coldplay have yellow. Radiohead have Street Spirit. CP have Shiver. RH have Karma Police. CP have In my PLace. RH have Paranoid Android CP have The Scientist. RH have No Surprises. I could go on all day. Face it OK Computer is THE definitive album for emotion. Coldplay are good. Did you hear that, they are. They just lack too much in inventiveness. There is no way buckland is capable of pulling off JOnny Greenwood's playing in Paranoid Android or to come up with the idea of the mellotron and lots of weird delay and fuzz pedals. Just an observation

I think she's pretty good actually. I've got her album and it's quite catchy :D I think it will grow on me :roll:

Audiovent, formerly Vent, is one of my favorites ever since they're latest release in June. Don't judge them by their two singles out, because there are a lot better songs on the album. Anyway, I really love their music and I was wondering if anyone else here did.

i dont know about this band....but i've been listening to them like crazy here are some songs to i guess to decide if you ever want to download air.....the host plus i really like thier video for cut your ribbon also another good song. i dont really know why i like that video...i guess bc it has a lot of red in it...oh yeah there is another good song to download...cut your ribbon i saw this band in concert when they came to my town with weezer and dashboard confessional. good show...but they werent all too good live.. i just wanna know if anyone was interested in them and i wanted to know what you think about them.

it was the last concert of this tour, and it was pretty good. Counting Crows were the opening act and they were eh. They looked tired and bored. The Who were great, lots of energy :)

Asking for any advice of other bands I should download? ... I have some travis and radiohead so far.. any opinions would be great :D :wink:

yey! is this a new one? (i'm not very observant). anyway, just wanted to say - anyone else here like the coral - i'm gonna see them the week after coldplay and i can't wait. :lol: and it means i won't be too sad once the coldplay gig's done and dusted.
