sokmebody please help me. I got an old iPod just yesterday and it was working fine. It suddenly freezes and when I finally get it working again it randomly pauses and switches songs and fast forwards them and wont turn off. And then it freezes again. I did something and then tried seeing if going to an (audio) podcast would work. It slided halfway on and now my iPod is frozen with an unloaded podcast. What is wrong with my iPod, and how do I fix it? or atleast turn it off?

City Fines Parking in Own Driveways posted: 3 HOURS 17 MINUTES AGO TOLEDO, Ohio (June 16) -- Residents of Toledo, Ohio, are complaining that they received $25 tickets for parking their vehicles in their own driveways. Mayor Carty Finkbeiner says he stands by the citations handed out last week by the Division of Streets, Bridges and Harbor. He says the tickets were issued under a city law against parking on unpaved surfaces, including gravel driveways. During a news conference Monday, Finkbeiner ignored a reporter's question of whether the crackdown and fines were related to the city's budget crisis. The three-term mayor faces a recall vote in November. Cr…

It has one of the lowest average property prices in the developed world. Not a duck house in sight: New Zealand has lower taxes, cheaper proper…

But last night he showed he was not quite attuned to the subtleties of diplomacy with a gaffe worthy of Basil Fawlty. The Conservative leader used a discussion about his opposition to ID cards to do what appeared to be an impression of a Nazi officer. Backfired: Tory leader David Cameron's joke was reminiscent of B…

The ladette legacy: A third more women fined for being drunk in the last three years By James Slack, Home Affairs Editor Last updated at 12:59 AM on 15th June 2009 Comments (0) Add to My Stories The number of women arrested for being drunk and disorderly in public has risen by nearly a third in just three years. The figures, released by the Home Office, will further fuel concerns about the 'ladette binge-drinking culture', in which women are increasingly likely to get into trouble with the police. They also reinforce the assertion that Labour's introduction of 24-hour drinking in November 2005 has led to increased lawlessness on the streets…

North Antrim Magistrates Court heard how a man purchased a Hyndman's malt loaf from a supermarket in the Ballymoney area before Christmas 2007. I've downloaded a live Coldplay concert (the Toyko one that was aired on MTV), but I can't seem to figure out how to burn it. I tried making a DVD, and when I put it in my DVD player, it said 'Bad Disc.' Do you have to have all the ifo and Bup files as well as the VOB files? Windows DVD Maker won't recognize the ifo and Bup files.

Right, seeing as I got myself a new PC yesterday, I need to move my iTunes music from this PC onto the new one, I want to try and keep the playlists though. My idea was to use the Consolidate Library feature to move them onto an external hard-drive and then do another Consolidate Library to move it from the external hard-drive to the internal hard-drive. Any computer experts out there know of another way to doing it?
