After searching this nothing came up. So, I assume it hasn't been done. Anyway, I'm a very lazy person and I was just dreading going to the gym. I thought I'd ask what all of you do to stay in shape. Any special workout secrets?? I don't really do anything special. My light workout consists of mostly cardio with some light weight training. I must say that I am a bit discouraged because I'm the one who drags myself to the gym but my sister is the one who is more in shape!

The one time I was going to use the train tomorrow to get somewhere instead of using my car and I have just found out There is a frecking replacement bus service on instead :( *goes off moaning about how train companies want us to leave cars at home, but then decide to do engineering works over one of the most busiest weekends of the year*
