Apparently a brand new Potter Puppet Pals is coming soon. :D

YESSSSSSS:D.

made my day(:

edit: so i love this thread:wacky: i used to visit mugglenet everyday, multiple times a day, but it kinda of stopped a year or so ago. but i still love harry potter, and love listening to the books on tape before i got ot bed:D

It's in the 6th book, but the movie isn't out yet... it comes out in July!

Well thats actually debatable. They officially became a "couple" at the end of deathly hallows (7th and last book) However Hermione started liking Ron all the way back in GOF and possibly POA. Their relationship throughout the series has always been interesting because there's this tense ambiguity between them.

Nowhere is this more clear than in Half-Blood Prince (6th book) where they both clearly love each-other underneath the fights they have. Ron capitalizes on his quidditch fame with Lavender Brown as a way of getting back at Ginny (for angrily responding to his overprotectiveness by pointing out that he's never snogged anyone) and Hermione for having gone-out with and snogged Viktor Krum the year before (this is a reflection of Ron's own jealousy).

Hermione is in turn deeply upset that Ron is going out (quite explicitly) with Lavender for the same reason Ron was upset about Viktor, only neither of them can express it because they've been stict friends with completely different, proud personalities since the 1st year.

Its not until Ron gets poisoned that the row is put on hold...Ron clearly loses interest in Lavender and becomes more obsessed with Hermione.

But like every-year, the tragic events at the book's end puts a pause on things until book 7. Throughout the book there are hints (like them holding hands while sleeping at grimmauld place) but again developments in their relationship are suspended by their mission. One could say that, mentally they were a couple before the book began, but they kept putting off addressing the other, although they both had an idea of the other's feelings. But when Ron disapparated in the middle of the woods, he sort of 'broke-up' whatever relationship they had. And it was never fully reconciled until they embraced during the battle of hogwarts.

I know I just spent a lot of time stated the obvious about what happens in the series on a complete tangent from the actual question...but sue me! I like hearing the sound of my own keys clicking. :P

HEEEEY you HP maniacs, long time i havent been here!

That made me laugh for some reason. :laugh3:

But yes, you're right- it technically wasn't until the Deathly Hallows!

Seriously, watch it.

YouTube - Dumbledore Review

1:30-2:00 literally LMAO:lol:

But it's so true what he's saying, Richard Harris was the best man in the world for the job. Gambon is not only bad, he's downright terrible. It ruins the movies. Everything about him is all wrong. I heard WB was considering Sean Connerry at one point to replace Harris, even he would have been better than Gambon. If Gambon actually read the books he would know how to act, this is all wrong.

That video actually made me sad when it showed Richard Harris. Not only was he the perfect Dumbledore, he was an amazing actor all around. R.I.P. Richard Harris.

Did you know there's a card game called "Wizard"??

That's amazing Mark. Truly great work. It must have taken you years to discover that and turn it into such an incredible pun. Very well done.

By the way, how are you surviving since Nathan got banned? You don't have anyone to fight all the time with.:P

It's actually a real card game that's popular in Germany. No kidding.;)

Justice was done and peace has been restored. It was long overdue IMO.;)

I want the whole world to know how much I LOVE SEVERUS SNAPE!!! I would so marry him :bomb:

In more Potter news...

Tom Felton has released a new guitar video on you-tube, this time featuring overdubbed guitar parts. Since he has also announced that he will soon release another E.P. onto Itunes, this could be taken as a preview...

Apart from that, several new official stills from HBP have surfaced in the past couple days:

That's Draco?? I had to google him 'cause I did not know who it was. He looks so different.

Thats not Dumbledore :bigcry:

I know.

Well, I'm still holding out hope for this movie. Hopefully it's worth it.

That post made Mark look like a creeper :inquisitive:

I can't wait for the next installment!

Looks like it might actually be a good film. The rest have been pretty bad at trying to match the books, this one seems to have potential.

Wow it doesn't even feel like half-blood prince is coming out in 4 months. It has taken so long, I don't even feel that excitement that I normally do for the films. I guess I might when the day gets closer.

^^Yeah it feels like it's been forever since they keep on pushing it back:rolleyes: I'll probably get excited when it gets released
