March 13, 200917 yr ^that's pretty much my favorite book ever written :bigcry:. along with the namesake (jhumpa lahiri) and saturday (ian mcewan). currently reading ender in exile (orson scott card...the enderverse is my guilty pleasure :wacky:) and am about to start Q&A (vikas swarup--the book slumdog millionaire was based on) and the reader (bernhard schlink) :dance:

March 19, 200917 yr Just finished The Count of Monte Cristo! It's my new favorite book, the ending touched my heart and it was just beautifully written. Ahhh I can't stop thinking about the book and need someone to rant with....I really want to read it again. :D I love this book! One of my all-time favorites. :nice: I've read it a few times and still get excited each time. :D The Kite runner for the second time and it;s even more heart wrenching than the first time I'm currently reading this book. April 2, 200917 yr I'm reading The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. Its really good! I finally bought this book after many months of telling myself I should lol As for what I'm reading currently: I'm going to continue with A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. My reading of this was interrupted by The Gnostic Mystery by Randy Davila.

April 7, 200917 yr Interpreter of Maladies - Jhumpa Lahiri one of my favorites ever :D. i'm currently reading the namesake by the same author for class, though i've read it about a million times. it's one of my top three books ever written :wacky:
