Well, that's not completely true either.. it's 4-6 hours of sleep in the morning and then I'm able to keep alive and awake and cheerful for the next 20 hours :)

In that case I suggest you avoid all reviews and discussions about the book and if anyone starts talking about it, tell them you don't want to hear anything. That's what I did last time - and it worked fine. :)
