I bought 'Desire' by Bob Dylan recently, his album from the mid-70s I think, its a great album, lots of really long songs on it too. Hurricane and Joey are genius.

Indirectly the 80's collection given away by the Daily Mail over the past couple weeks.

 

Directly it was The Outsiders EP by Athlete on 12 inch vinyl signed by the band :cool:

 

And hopefully in an hour or so, for the first time since April time I shall have no CD-ripping backlog :D :D :D

I've changed the title of the thread from CD to Album.

 

I'm 3 weeks into a 2 month non-CD buying block (mainly to save money and also to clear my monster backlog), and it's getting hard, even with the loopholes of new releases. I get itchy as it's been over a month since I visited a charity shop

i dunno if i've said that before but i think that the last albums that i've bought are: The Open Door by Evanescence and two Mecano (spanish band of the 80's-90's) albums called: Ya viene el sol and ¿dónde está el país de las hadas? [the sun is coming / where is the fairies land?]
